Making Session - Quilting Bee
Next dates:
Saturday, February 7, 2026
Sunday, April 12, 2026
Saturday, May 9, 2026
Each event runs from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
This is a chance to gather in a relaxed atmosphere, share ideas, work on your own projects, or simply enjoy the inspiration and creativity of others. The space is open to everyone—whether you’re just discovering quilting and patchwork or looking to deepen your practice.
Beginners and experienced quilters alike are welcome! I look forward to creating a space together where we can share knowledge and develop new friendships.
In the tradition of quilting bees, we come together to support one another. The focus is on handcrafts – and while the main theme is patchwork and quilting, you're more than welcome to bring your knitting or crochet projects, your embroidery hoop, or your spindle. Bee is dedicated to slow stitching—conscious, unhurried handwork. Sewing machines can be used if necessary, but they tend to be the exception.
There is also an extensive library of handicraft techniques from all over the world and other literature on textiles, fibers, fashion, storytelling, art exhibitions and so on. Some coffee and tea are provided.
Participation See: 10 € (incl. studio use & a small material selection). 5 € for former workshop participants.
Please note: This is not a workshop!
Participation in the Bee is at your own risk.
