Included Materials
All materials listed in the workshop description are included in the price. Any materials not mentioned must be brought by the participant or purchased on site.
Minimum Participants & Cancellation by Organizer
Workshops require a minimum of three participants. I reserve the right to reschedule or cancel workshops due to insufficient participants or important reasons (e.g., illness). Paid fees will be fully refunded. Costs for travel or accommodation are not covered.
Please note: I'll send you an email one day before the workshop to confirm that it's taking place. If you don't receive an email, you can check the website for the latest status.
Registration & Payment
Places will be allocated after registration and receipt of payment. The course fee is due after receipt of the confirmation email and follow up information email. A place is only reserved once payment has been received.

Up to 14 days before the workshop: free of charge - For bookings made from 2027 onwards and for registrations received from October 2026 onwards: this rule applies 4 weeks before the workshop.

14–7 days before: 50 % of the course fee - For bookings made from 2027 onwards and for registrations received from October 2026 onwards: this rule applies 4 weeks till 14 days before the workshop.

Less than 7 days, no-show, or early departure: 100 % of the course fee - For bookings made from 2027 onwards and for registrations received from October 2026 onwards: this rule applies from the 14th day until the start of the workshop.
A replacement participant may be arranged. In this case, please let me know and provide me with the contact details of the new participant. I will not be issuing a refund of the course fee.
Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal (§ 355 BGB) is excluded, as this is a fixed-date event.
Notes
Please bring a thimble and sewing ring. If desired, bring a mask and gloves when handling wool. Handcrafted projects may not be fully completed during the workshop.

Please be mindful of each other. This is a place for concentrated work and creative exchange. Different levels of experience are welcome, as is mutual support.
Handling tools & materials:
Please treat all materials, tools, and books provided with care. Please put back or clean anything you use.
Personal responsibility:
Participation is at your own risk. No liability can be accepted for personal belongings.
Cleanliness & order:
Please leave your workspace as you would like to find it yourself. Thank you for contributing to a pleasant atmosphere.
I reserve the right to exclude participants from the workshop if they fail to comply with the house rules.
Please note: the drinks and snacks on offer may cause allergies!
Liability
Participation is at your own risk. I am not liable for personal belongings or damage resulting from the improper use of tools. I am not liable for any allergic or other adverse reactions to the food and beverages provided.
Liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence remains unaffected.
