Booking Conditions
In the course or event fee, all materials are included, provided they are specified in the course description and not stated otherwise. If materials are not listed in the course description, participants must bring them themselves or purchase them on-site.
Workshops and courses only take place with a minimum number of three participants.
I reserve the right to reschedule or cancel courses on short notice if the specified minimum number of participants is not reached, or if I am unable to conduct the workshop due to personal reasons, such as illness. In such cases, I will inform you immediately and refund any workshop fees already paid. Possible costs for the cancellation of accommodation and travel expenses will not be covered by me.
Early registration is recommended. Spots are assigned according to the order of registration and payment of the workshop course fees.
Booking/Payment
Upon receipt of your registration you will receive a confirmation email and I will send you my bank details. The transfer of the course fee is then due within the next 3 days. As soon as payment has been made, you are guaranteed a place.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 4 weeks before the start of the workshop/course without giving reasons.
Up to four weeks before the start of the course, a cancellation fee of 15% of the course fee will be charged.
For cancellations up to 14 days before the start of the course, the cancellation fee is 50% of the course fee.
In the event of cancellation within 7 days before the start of the course, no-show without excuse or premature termination of participation, the entire course fee will be retained.
The above applies even in cases of illness and changes in the personal or professional circumstances of the participant.
However, a replacement participant can be provided. In this case, cancellation fees will not be charged. Please contact me!
