In the tradition of the Quilting Bees, we meet to support each other. The focus is on handicrafts, which do not necessarily have to be related to patchwork and quilting. Textile handwork takes a long time. Many repetitions are necessary, which is relaxing and ideal for exchanging ideas with others.

The Quilting Bee is complemented by special workshops that focus on craft traditions from different parts of the world.

The prerequisite for participation is a basic knowledge, some experience in using needle and thread and the desire for a creative exchange with others .

In order to cover my expenses, I ask for a contribution of at least 5 EUR, if your wallet allows it, even a little more.

Please bring with you:

Your own project and textiles, such as favorite clothes and fabrics and everything you need for it.

If you don't have your own project idea and materials yet, please let me know in advance. I can prepare a selection of materials and help you get started. Material costs: 5 EUR.

There is coffee, tea and water, sometimes also pastries.
